Nicola Houlding

Nic is an experienced principal consultant with a track record of successful delivery across a diverse range of sectors. She is a people-centric leader, who is passionate about making organisations better and delivering business value.

Nic is qualified and experienced in core consulting disciplines including Better Business Cases, the Investment Management Standard, and PRINCE2. She is a skilled operator in complex environments and has a broad consulting background, leading investment decision support projects, organisational strategy and business resilience initiatives. Nic is an engaging team player with excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills. She is also a strong communicator and presenter, with a sense of humour.
