Lisa left the ICT world to support leaders who wanted to transform their organisations using technology. This focus has broadened over the last 15 years to include strategy planning, major asset management and better business cases. Lisa has also worked with clients to support lean agile as a way to reduce risk and deliver the rapid results that stakeholders want.
Lisa’s facilitation skills help her clients create new insights by bridging between their expertise and external stakeholder perspectives to quickly get to the heart of what needs changing and why. Her clients appreciate her people-centric and consensus-based approach, which builds support across organisations before change even starts. Her appreciation of technical and subject matter expertise, combined with empathy for business line managers helps to create innovative and supportive conversations.
Lisa is one of a handful of Investment Management Standard facilitators in New Zealand and is accredited by the DTF in Victoria, Australia. She has completed ScrumMaster & Agile Leadership for Organisations, and is in the last year of a Post Graduate Diploma in Te Reo Māori.
