Gwyneth recently completed her Commerce degree at Victoria University of Wellington, where she developed a strong interest in management, organisational optimisation, and people-centred work. She brings both academic grounding and practical experience to her role, with a particular focus on supporting teams and enabling effective ways of working.

She has worked closely with the Partners to lead the internal delivery and execution of TBL Consulting’s rebrand. In this role, Gwyneth has played a key part in ensuring the rebrand was embedded consistently across the organisation, supporting both the strategic intent and the practical  application.

Alongside this, Gwyneth plays an integral role in the day-to-day operations of TBL Consulting, providing administrative, operational, and coordination support to Partners and the wider team. She is known for her strong organisational skills, clear and thoughtful communication, and a practical, detail-focused approach to her work.

She is motivated by collaboration and relationship-building, and takes pride in contributing to positive team environments and meaningful organisational change.
