David is a portfolio, programme and project management (P3M) practice and assurance consultant with over fifteen years’ experience in this area. He is comfortable and experienced in working with executives to enable changes which bring successful investment outcomes.
He helps clients to define and manage the path to achieving strategic and business outcomes, advice and assurance for organisational investment in change, change and capital portfolios, programmes and projects. He has experience in Agile implementations and 'accounting' for Agile, Investor Confidence Rating (ICR) readiness and moderation, EPMO, PMO and organisational P3M maturity assessments and directly supporting and providing practice improvements and restructures
He has worked primarily in the energy and government sectors, in both customer and vendor environments, including ICT. Most recently he has been providing support and advice, including assurance services to a range of private and public sector organisations. He is also experienced in leading Portfolio and PMO management and practitioners in developing and applying P3M delivery practice changes.
