Catherine specialised in governance, strategy, investment, and transformation and change. Her experience includes providing services to the justice, social, health and education sectors, as well as Crown entities and non-government organisations.
She has held permanent and interim leadership positions, and advised and supported senior leaders, executive teams, ministers, boards, the judiciary, and steering groups and SROs. She is known for her clarity of thought, authentic relationships, and ability to navigate complexity to achieve results.
Catherine is also an experienced governor. Her strengths include a commitment to best-practise governance in Aotearoa New Zealand in service to its people. She is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors and a qualified programme manager and change practitioner.
