Bridget is a portfolio, programme, and project professional who is known for translating strategic intent into actionable plans. She has proven to be a safe pair of hands, able to effectively lead and manage assignments in changing and challenging environments. Bridget is adept at bringing new operating models to life and implementing new ways of working. 

In her 20 years with Tregaskis Brown, Bridget has worked with a diverse range of public and private sector clients, on internal and interagency initiatives. Her experience ranges from planning and implementing frontline delivery changes through to internal capability, operating model, and policy and process development.
