As part of the Business Support Team, many of Bella's responsibilities fall into physical upkeep of the office, maintenance of online company files, and tasks related to our core, on-site team at TBL Consulting.
Bella has delved into the world of Microsoft Office, and handles various asset registers and personnel directories. This ranges from work-issued technology management, to associates' birthdays, to office key allocation. Most notably, Bella used this proficiency with Microsoft Office applications to create personnel CV and Bio templates for the recent TBL Consulting rebrand.
Bella values the physical organisation of a space, and creating systems that are easy to navigate, practical and tidy. This is shown in her long-standing organisational systems, that have been in place since her introduction to TBL Consulting.
With previous experience in organising teams, Bella has taken on the role of Social Events Coordinator — researching and planning fun bonding activities for the office. Bella also applies her experience in cultural leadership and diversity by keeping up to date with festivities throughout the year and coming up with creative ways to celebrate with the office.
