Adrienne Braddick is the operational heart of TBL Consulting, bringing structure, clarity, and calm to the fast-moving world of consultancy. As Business Operations Lead, she oversees all aspects of office operations — including finance, facilities, event management, marketing, and executive support for the firm’s three partners — while leading a small team of support administrators to ensure the business runs seamlessly.
With a diverse background spanning real estate, sales, beauty, aviation, and banking, Adrienne combines strong commercial acumen with an exceptional standard of client service. She is people-focused, solutions-oriented, and known for anticipating needs, resolving challenges quickly, and keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
She plays a central role in supporting the firm’s growth and navigating change, with a particular focus on building efficient systems, strengthening operations, and creating positive, well-organised workplaces where people can do their best work.
Outside of work, Adrienne values time with family and friends, maintains strong ties to the Wairarapa where she was raised, and enjoys life in Wellington with her two much-loved fur babies, Bentley 1 and Bentley 2.
